We offer various GiftCardMall gift cards and related services. All gift cards are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify offerings at any time without prior notice.
All prices are shown in the currency indicated on the website and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise specified. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. By providing your payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method.
Gift cards purchased through our Services may require activation before use. Activation instructions will be provided at the time of purchase or delivery. We are not responsible for any delays in activation due to third-party processes.
Gift cards are subject to the terms and conditions established by the issuer (e.g., GiftCardMall). We do not control and are not responsible for the policies of third-party gift card issuers, including but not limited to expiration dates, fees, or usage restrictions.
Important: Gift cards sold on our platform may be subject to additional terms and conditions imposed by the issuing merchants. Please review all terms associated with each gift card before purchase.
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email confirms that we have received your order but does not guarantee that your order will be fulfilled.
Digital gift cards will be delivered to the email address provided during checkout. Delivery times may vary but are typically within 24 hours of order confirmation. We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect email information or email filtering systems.
Physical gift cards will be shipped to the address provided during checkout. Shipping times vary depending on location and shipping method selected. We are not responsible for any delays, loss, or damage caused by the shipping carrier.
Due to the nature of gift cards, orders cannot be canceled once processed. All sales are final unless otherwise required by applicable law.
We do not offer refunds on gift card purchases except in cases of demonstrable error on our part or as required by applicable law. If you believe an error has been made, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of your purchase.
If a gift card is defective or non-functional upon receipt, please contact our customer service immediately. We will work with the gift card issuer to resolve the issue.

The foregoing does not affect any liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We make no warranty that the Services will meet your requirements, be available on an uninterrupted, secure, or error-free basis, or that the Services will be accurate, reliable, complete, legal, or safe.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AMRGifts, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.
Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms or the Services shall be instituted exclusively in the federal courts of the United States or the courts of the State of Ohio, although we retain the right to bring any suit, action, or proceeding against you for breach of these Terms in your country of residence or any other relevant country.
We may revise and update these Terms from time to time in our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them, and apply to all access to and use of the Services thereafter.
